I like the treadmill and I try to run 3 miles a day. It doesn't matter so much your pace, as long as you either reach a time limit or a distance goal (i.g. run 30 minutes or 3 miles). Running keeps you totally toned- and I know! I've been running track for a year and I've never felt better.

well…the treadmill is the best if you are running for awhile, but then your body gets used to it and burns less calories so you have to switch it up for awhile. basically if you go to the gym 3 times per week you should run the first time, use the elliptical the second and the bike the third, if you go more than that run on teh treadmill the othertimes. good luck!

I would have to say the elliptical because it is the easiest on your joints and works your whole body.

I lyk the treadmill try running at a fast pace for 5 minutes then slow down then do it again keep it going for 15 minutes then just try to walk or jog 4 miles it works out the whole of your body if you do that
